Heparin 사용법

① Heparinization

 ⓐ 원칙 bolus : 60~80 U/kg

 ⓑ Followed : 14 U/kg/hr infusion

 ⓒ 6시간 마다 aPTT 측정하여 1.5배에서 2배 유지

 ⓓ 다른 fibrinolytic therapy를 받았던 환자에서는 maximum bolus 5000 U, maximum infusion rate 1000 U/hr

 ⓔ 48시간 또는 angiography 시행까지 유지
